Alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto the tournament grounds. If you consume alcoholic beverages on-site, please do so in a responsible manner.
ATMs are located adjacent to Entry C and Entry D of Stadium 1, under both of the shade structures in the Tennis Garden Village, and adjacent to Stadium 2.
Please check the electronic information towers, the Daily Drawsheet, and the onsite Tennis Warehouse store for daily autograph session times. 150 autograph session color-specific wristbands will be distributed one hour prior to the scheduled autograph session time. No other patrons will be able to join the line once the 150 wristbands have been distributed. Only patrons who obtain wristbands specific to that autograph session will be able to participate in that signing.
Soft-sided containers and bags/backpacks no larger than 16x16x8 inches are permitted. Bags and backpacks will be subject to search upon entrance to the site, so please allow additional time for entry. Alcohol, weapons, illegal substances, glass, open beverage containers, and hard-sided containers are not permitted. Prohibited items that are discovered during inspections must either be returned to the owner's vehicle, or discarded. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden will not provide storage for these items. Guests arriving by public transportation must take particular caution not to bring any prohibited items as no exceptions will be made.
Bike racks are located at the North, South and East Gate entrances. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden is not responsible for damage or theft. No Parking Fee will be charged to spectators riding a bike and parking at the designated bike racks. Bikes not properly parked at a designated bike rack may be moved to another area by the Indian Wells Tennis Garden (which shall not be responsible for any damage caused to the bike and/or its lock as a result).
BNP Paribas Open
The BNP Paribas Open is the largest combined ATP World Tour Masters 1000 and WTA Premier tennis event in the world. It is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, which includes the 16,100 seat Stadium 1 and 8,000 seat Stadium 2 located in the Southern California desert just outside of Palm Springs in the city of Indian Wells. The event offers equal prize money to a men’s and women’s 96 singles draw and a 32 doubles draw.
The year-round Box Office is located on the North side of Stadium 1 accessible from Washington Street, Gate 1 and Miles Avenue, Gate 7. Starting January 4, 2016 the main Box Office will be located at the North gate accessible from Washington Street, Gate 1 and Miles Ave, Gate 7. Additional Box Offices are located at the East and South gates during the BNP Paribas Open.
There are both national and international broadcast schedules of the event. Consult your local listings for air times for Tennis Channel, ESPN, and ESPN2 schedules.
Cameras & Video Recording Devices
All photo and video recording devices are prohibited for any purpose other than the recording of video or photographs for personal and private domestic use only. They are permitted as long as there is no flash photography and the equipment is not a hindrance to surrounding spectators. Videos and photographs may not be reproduced, cannot be exploited or displayed in any manner or in any medium whatsoever without the express written consent of the ATP World Tour, WTA Tour or the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
Cell Phones & Cell Phone Charging Stations
As a courtesy to the players and fans please turn off your cell phone when watching matches in any of the stadium or practice courts.
Complimentary cell phone charging stations are located in the Sports Bar and the shade structures in the Tennis Garden Village and adjacent to Stadium 2.
Children under the age of 3 are not required to have a ticket, provided they sit on your lap and do not inconvenience the other tennis fans. If they require a seat, a ticket will have to be purchased for them.
Containers, Coolers and Bags

Due to added security all containers, bags/backpacks will be subject to search upon entrance to the site so please allow additional time for entry. Seniors, USTA members, Students, Military Personnel & Coachella Valley residents receive 30% off daily loge tickets for all sessions March 9 to March 17. No discounts are available on the final Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the tournament.
Dissemination of Information
You may not collect, disseminate, transmit, publish or release from the BNP Paribas Open any match related data or information at any time during the match.
First the 32 seeded players (the 32 highest-ranked players per the WTA or ATP World Tour ranking system) are placed on the draw (No. 1 on the first line, No. 2 on the last line and then the others in alternating order on pre-determined lines). Once the seeds are in place, the other players are drawn at random and placed on the empty lines starting at the top of the page and going down the draw until it is filled. The public is welcome on a free admission basis to come watch the WTA Singles Draw on Monday, March 7 at 3:00pm and the ATP World Tour Singles Main Draw on Tuesday, March 8 at 3:00pm at the Stadium Plaza.
Drinking fountains and water bottle fillers are located at Stadium 1 and Stadium 2.
Drop Off Area for Private Vehicles and Contracted Car Services
Enter off of Warner Trail using gate 10. Drop off is permitted at the canopy identified as Drop Off Area which is close to the North Gate Entrance to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, but waiting and parking is prohibited.
Stadium 1 elevators are located by Entry B and Entry D.
Stadium 2 elevators are located by Entry G and Entry H.
Exit & Re-entry
For day session ticket holders only, if you leave the site and wish to re-enter the site on the same day you must obtain a re-entry wristband that can be found at all Information Booths and at the North, South and East gate entrances. There is no exit and re-entry for evening session ticket holders.
There are first aid locations located at Stadium 1 adjacent to Entry D and Stadium 2 adjacent to Entry G.
Food and Beverage
Food and beverage is sold throughout the tournament grounds. Alcohol, glass containers, open beverage containers, and hard containers are not permitted to be brought onto the tournament grounds. Tailgating is not permitted in any of the parking areas for the tournament or in or about the tournament grounds.
Gate Opening Times
Day Session Tickets are permitted through the gates at 10:00am.
Evening Session Tickets are permitted through the gates at 4:30pm. Admission to Stadium 1 will be allowed at the announced evening session match time. Stadium 1 admission may be delayed if the day session runs late.
Wheelchair assistance is available for any patron needing assistance from the North, South or East entry gates to either Stadium 1 or Stadium 2. A patron needing assistance should make his/her request to one of our Ambassadors or gate personnel that are located at each entry gate. For assistance from Stadium 1 or Stadium 2 back to the North, South or East entry gates, just ask a Stadium Usher.

Lost & Found / Security
Lost and Found/Security is located in Stadium 2 at Entry G. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden, its owner, and its affiliates, agents and employees are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Lost or Forgotten Ticket Replacement
Lost or Forgotten Tickets will be replaced for the original ticket purchaser at a cost of $10.00 each. If replacement tickets are ordered over the phone, they will not be mailed, they will be placed at Will Call. Photo ID will be required to pick them up.

BNP Paribas Open merchandise is sold at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden Tennis Collections tent and Fila located in The Courtyard as well as the Indian Wells Tennis Garden Pro Shop adjacent to the practice courts.
The official BNP Paribas Open Mobile App is available for Apple and Android devices. It features Live Scoring, Video Streaming, Play-by-Play Audio, Match Schedules, Practice Court Schedules and much more. Sign up for alerts to be notified of match results, updates and event promotions. The 2016 app will be available in early 2016. Download for iOS and Android.
General Parking: General parking is located in the "General" ("G") lot off Miles Avenue. Parking is $20 per car, per entry. For day sessions only, if you leave and want to re-enter before 4:30pm, you may re-enter at no additional charge by checking with a parking attendant before you exit the parking lot. If re-entering after 4:30pm you will have to pay for parking again.
Disabled Parking: General Disabled Parking is available at the South Miles General "G" Parking Lot. Patrons who use a wheelchair will be directed to the “WC” Parking Lot adjacent to the North Gate entrance, provided they have a WC placard. You must have a valid, current disabled placard, sticker or license plate issued by the DMV to park in General Disabled or WC parking lots.
Valet Parking: Patrons with a Valet parking pass ("V") will park in the lot located on the East side of the tournament site ("V") and is accessed from Washington Street..
VIP Self-Parking: Patrons with a "B" Parking pass will be directed to the "B" parking lot which is located on the North side of the tournament site and is accessed from Warner Trail.
Daily Parking Passes: Daily Parking passes to the General Parking lot “G” are available for purchase online until February 14, 2016. Daily General Parking passes, can also be purchased upon entry to parking lot “G” during the tournament at a cost of $20 per day. An Event Pass, valid for all 23 sessions (Mon. 3/7-Sun. 3/20) is $240.
Bikes: Bike racks are located at the North, South and East Gate entrances. The Tournament is not responsible for damage or theft. No Parking Fee will be charged to those spectators riding a bike and parking at a designated bike rack.
All tickets are purchased based on a no rain/wind policy basis. Every attempt will be made to play any and all scheduled matches in the event of inclement weather. In the event of rain or high winds that result in the cancellation of scheduled matches during a session, we will attempt to accommodate the ticket holder with a General Admission ticket for a subsequent session, based on availability. There are three restaurants available on the tournament site. They are:
Nobu: Open to all patrons – No reservations taken
Piero’s PizzaVino: Open to all patrons – No reservations taken

Sports Bar: Open to all patrons
Restrooms are located at Stadium 1 and Stadium 2.
Determined: The schedule is made each day late afternoon or early evening. Representatives including the tournament referee, Tour supervisors from the ATP World Tour and WTA, broadcasters and the tournament director determine the schedule.
Match: During the tournament the upcoming day’s schedule is determined each evening and is usually available no later than 7:00pm depending on how long the day session matches run. It will be posted at bnpparibasopen.com.
Players: The draw for the WTA main draw players will be made on Monday, March 7, 2016 at 3:00pm and for the ATP World Tour main draw players on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 3:00pm. The match schedule for each day of play will reflect which players will be playing as well as when they will be playing. The match schedule is posted on the official tournament website after approximately 7:00pm the prior evening.
Practice: You may watch the players in action on Practice Courts 1-20 which are located on the south side of the stadium. A schedule of practice times is displayed on information towers adjacent to the practice courts.
Stadium 1: There are 16,100 seats in Stadium 1. The upper bowl section is located above the stadium suites and consists of two seating sections, the loge and the grandstand seats. The grandstand seats have a seat-back but no arm rests. The lower bowl is located below the stadium suites and includes all box seat sections.
Stadium 2 & 3: Stadium 2 has 8,000 seats and Stadium 3 has 6,200 seats. Both stadiums have Reserved and General Admission seating.
Shaded: All courts are outside and open air. The courts are situated on a north/south plan so pending the time of day there may be shaded seats located on the south, west, northwest and southwest sides of the courts. This only applies to Stadium 1 and 2
Wheelchair: Wheelchair seating is available in all stadiums. All wheelchair seat locations have one companion seat next to them. Disabled parking is available.

Smoking (inclusive of E-Cigarettes) is prohibited within the confines of Stadiums 1-9, Practice Courts 1-20, within any building restaurant, outdoor restaurant seating area, Michelob ULTRA Shade Pavilion and Tommy Bahama Shade Pavilion at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
Enter off of Washington Blvd using Gate 2. Drop off and pick up by the buses.
Stadium 1 Access: All tickets purchased for Stadium 1 have access to the General Admission sections for Stadiums 2-9.
Stadiums 2 and 3 Access: Reserved seat tickets to Stadiums 2 and 3 have access to the General Admission sections of Stadiums 4-9 and for the day session only also to the General Admission section in Stadium 1.
General Admission: General Admission tickets allow access to general admission seating in Stadiums 2-9. They also provide access to the General Admission sections in Stadium 1 (Sections 510-512 and 420-423) during day sessions only from Wednesday, March 9 through Thursday, March 17.
Evening Session: Evening Session tickets are permitted through the gates at 4:30pm. Evening session tickets are valid on a general admission (first come, first serve) basis in Stadiums 2-9. Admission to Stadium 1 will be allowed at the announced evening session match time. Stadium 1 admission may be delayed if the day session runs late.
Children: Children under the age of 3 are not required to have a ticket, provided they sit on your lap and do not inconvenience the other tennis fans. If they require a seat, a ticket will have to be purchased.
Mailed: Tickets for single sessions are mailed out the day after processing. If you do not receive your tickets within 3 weeks, please contact our box office. Front Box, Club Suite, Box Seat, Loge, Grandstand and Stadium 2 and 3 Series tickets will be mailed late January 2016. Tickets ordered after February 14, 2016, will be held at Will Call. Please make sure you provide the name of the person who will be picking up the tickets as their photo ID will be required to pick up tickets from Will Call.

Tournament Program / Daily Draw Sheets
The official BNP Paribas Open Tournament Program and Daily Drawsheets are sold at the (3) Information Kiosks on-site for $10 and $2 respectively.
Free public wifi is available to all patrons attending the tournament. When entering the tournament grounds, patrons need to open their wireless settings and connect to “Guest_Open_Wifi." Once connected, patrons will need to open a browser to complete the sign-in process. For those patrons using an Apple device, you may be automatically connected to the browser window.
Starting February 15, 2016 tickets left in Will Call can be picked up at the Box Offices located at the North Gate. Starting March 7, 2016 Will Call tickets can be picked up at the North, South and East Box Offices. Will Call service is offered only to a patron purchasing tickets directly from the Box Office by telephone or online. The person whose name appears on the ticket must personally pick up the tickets with photo ID. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden does not accept third party Will Call.
